Policies & FAQ

What is included?

All packages include custom planning, bar rental, alcohol pickup, ice, professional bartending, bar set up before and break down after your event, insurance... and peace of mind!

How do I estimate the cost?

You are responsible for (a) service fees, (b) per guest fees, and (c) the cost of the alcohol.

But many guests don't drink, so why charge for them?

Pricing is based on total guest count, not just those drinking alcohol.

Why?

Because every guest still requires:

  • Cups and glassware

  • Mixers and soft drinks

  • Garnishes and prep

  • Bartender time and attention

If some guests don’t drink alcohol, your savings comes from buying less alcohol, not reducing service needs.

How do I know what to buy?

Once we discuss your vision for your event, including the number of invited guests and guest preferences, we will create a detailed shopping list for you.

Can you pick up the alcohol?

Yes, our service includes an optional alcohol pick-up and delivery service upon request.

Do I need to supply the ice?

No, we will provide all ice needed.

When is payment due?

A nonrefundable 50% DEPOSIT is due at time of booking to secure your event date.

The remainder is due 30 days prior to your event.

How does tipping work?

You may buy out the tip jar for $250 per bartender.

Are you licensed?

We are ServSafe certified.

Do you have insurance?

We have liquor liability insurance coverage up to one million dollars.

What if I cancel?

Please notify us in writing of your intent to cancel 30 days prior to the event.
