Megan Dame discovered her passion for food and beverage in her hometown of Worcester, MA. She worked her way from serving to bartending and was soon recruited for Bar Manager and Assistant General Manager roles. Megan moved to Nashville and joined the hospitality team at a private country club. This opportunity elevated her service skills and expanded her knowledge of banquets, private event management, and a la carte dining. After a brief stay in Ohio and Tampa/St Pete, Megan settled in Ft. Myers.

When not working, you will find Megan at the beach, which she sorely missed in Tennessee and Ohio!

Joel started his career in hospitality with ClubCorp at the Citrus Club in Orlando at seventeen, working as a lead server and service captain. Joel continued to expand his career within ClubCorp as the Food & Beverage Director for the Nashville Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club in Tennessee, followed by the Quail Hollow Country Club in Ohio. Joel returned to the Sunshine State to be closer to family. He served as the Food & Beverage Director for an affiliate club in Tampa before settling in Ft. Myers, where he now delights guests on a local island resort.

When he is not at work, you will find Joel fishing, relaxing at the beach, and playing disc golf.
